I’ve been a volunteer and point of contact for JET at RAF Brize Norton since 2016 and it’s magnificent to now be here as a member of staff.
I completed 37 years as a Regular in the RAF in July 2020 and I am currently a Part Time Volunteer Reservist. During my time with the RAF, I’ve served as an Air Engineer and Aircrew instructor. As a Reservist I help to deliver Coaching & Mentoring courses amongst other things.
I have a keen interest in Mental Health and Mental Fitness and read widely about the subject. I’ve attended a number of courses to help give me a good range of tools to help others and to further my knowledge.
Outside of JET and the RAF, I run my own business which facilitates first aid for mental health courses. I am also an active Crisis Volunteer for “SHOUT” (a national crisis text line).
In my spare time I like to read, stay fit and listen to music.
