On the 18th June 2015 Teamwork Level 1 students from Downham Market had an insight into the weather with a visit to the Met Office at RAF Marham.
The students learned about the different equipment that is used by the station to provide live weather data to the Tornado jets that operate out of the barracks.
The Students complied a weather report and then used the camera and IT equipment provided to complete a live presentation to each other putting their individual flare to good use.
The students had a chance to use the new-found teamwork skills they are gaining and to practice standing up to present in front of people. They will need to use the same skills in a few week’s time when each student has to deliver their own individual end-of-programme ‘final presentation’.
