Infant school pupils from Ysgol Llanfawr in Holyhead were very excited to have a pilot from the local RAF base Valley come and visit them for a special assembly.
The pilot shared the similarities of how he teaches students to learn to fly, just as the school teachers help them to learn new skills.
Pupils were interested to see and try on some special flying kit and were taken on a jet flight from RAF Valley, flying high in the sky, through various mountain ranges and over lakes all the way up to Scotland via a video that was taken by Pilot Tats.
After the assembly Year 2 pupils were given the opportunity to ask questions which they had prepared in advance as well as questions about his assembly.
