This chapter focusses on leadership opportunities for Key Stage 4 students at a time when they’re preparing to transition to further education and employment.
The suggested activities allow students to explore different leadership styles and test their own skills, while the video follows ‘Red 1’, leader of the Red Arrows, as he explores the concepts of teamwork and leadership and how to guide others effectively.
