York Canoe Club is a friendly canoe club with a diverse membership, based in the centre of York. Beginners are welcome and we have an established induction programme to introduce you to the sport. Experienced paddlers are equally welcome and we provide a network where you can get out with like minded paddlers most weekends.
Most of our time is spent white water kayaking, but there are oppotunities for flat water paddling on the Ouse and open boating for those who prefer one blade
