Dorset
Dorset and its surrounding areas are important to the Jon Egging Trust, not least because of the wealth of support we have received since Jon’s death in 2011.JET’s programmes were first established in Dorset in 2013. Since then, we’ve run Blue Skies programmes across the region including in Bournemouth and Ferndown and, more recently, in the Purbecks. Typically, we will support three separate cohorts of 15 Blue Skies students in each school in which we work, progressing students through three years of our programmes (1st year: Teamwork, 2nd year: Leadership and 3rd year: Employability). In addition, we also reach out to over 1,000 students across the county each year through our Inspirational Outreach programme.
