Personal Identity

During times of self-doubt and anxiety, developing our sense of self, identity and a sense of purpose can be key to developing resilience. Feeling part of a team is an important part of personal identity, as explored with the Red Arrows in this dynamic video and the accompanying teacher resources.

Communication

Learning the art of good communication is a skill for life! In this film and associated activities, students explore the variety of different forms of communication and how to choose appropriate forms of communication for different situations.

Flexibility

Experiencing change helps us to develop skills to deal with future challenges, including positive thinking, resilience, problem-solving, self-care and flexibility. The ability to find solutions rather than focus on the problems is vital for future resilience.

“Working with the Jon Egging Trust has been absolutely fantastic for our school and more than anything our students…. having to change and adapt to a new digital learning environment has been really challenging for the students.”
