Blue Skies programme
Our flagship, three year Blue Skies programme builds aspiration, self-belief and resilience, and inspires young people to challenge themselves, re-engage with education and make informed career choices.
The magic of Blue Skies is the unique access it offers students to exceptional workplaces and professional role models linked to the worlds of STEM and entrepreneurial thinking. This access, coupled with long-term support to develop social and emotional learning (SEL) skills, allows students to build the tools, mindsets and confidence to achieve their full potential in school and beyond into the world of employment.
Inspirational Outreach
Our Inspirational Outreach (IO) programme is a vital part of our engagement with our Blue Skies schools. IO provides bespoke impact days, assemblies or a short series of sessions to the wider school community, augmenting the intensive three-year programmes we deliver to our Blue Skies students.
Inspirational Outreach sessions cover the same key elements as our Blue Skies sessions, combining the development of vital SEL skills with access to inspirational workplaces and professional role models from within JET’s exceptional partner network.
