When I was asked to join the Blue Skies Programme I was really excited as it looked like a really interesting opportunity for me. Within the Programme, I developed my team work skills so much and now know not to rush things and take my team’s words into consideration. Without the Trust’s help I wouldn’t have even been able to stand up in front of everyone and say my presentation clearly; at the start I wouldn’t have dreamt of doing something like this!
