JET was chosen as charity of 2017 by club members of the Bournemouth & District Society of Model Engineers who run the popular miniature railway in Littledown, Bournemouth.
Allie Hack, Regional Youth Programmes Manager South West and Ruth Wright, Regional Fundraiser attended the October monthly meeting of the club and delivered a presentation to club members about the work of JET and also received a cheque for £250. Earlier this year JET were invited to attend Littledown Miniature Railway with a merchandise stand on the club’s Charity Day to help raise further awareness of the Trust.
