Fundraising with Herefordshire Aero Club
The 8th and 9th April saw a fantastic weekend of flying at the Herefordshire Aero Club. Members of the JET team at the event were able to raise awareness about the work we do and we received a fantastic £105 in donations from club members and visitors. It was a lovely venue with great facilities and full of friendly people who showed a real interest in our work, like Norman Powell who said “What an interesting charity. I would love to find out more and help use my background in aviation to help develop the work of the trust.”
Kate Tarrant, the Airfield Events Coordinator said “I am so pleased JET had such a good day and that it was all worthwhile. We look forward to supporting JET again soon.”
We are also looking forward to working closely with the club in the future and thank them for all their support so far.
