Hi, I’m Faye, the Regional Youth Programmes Manager for Oxfordshire & Wiltshire where we are lucky to have an amazing network of corporate and military partners who are all keen to support our young people and see them thrive. My aim is to build on those partnerships and expand our reach so we can make a difference to more young people.
Having served 22 years in the Royal Air Force, building positive relationships that support effective teamwork and leadership has always been a focus and encompasses a skillset I feel is ever more important for our young people. During my time in the military and beyond, I have been fortunate to deliver training across a variety of areas including leadership, conflict management, coaching & mentoring and First Aid for Mental Health.
At the heart of my career has been a desire to support personal growth and empowerment and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work with young people, where positive change can have the greatest impact. I feel very fortunate to work with a wonderful team of like-minded individuals at JET, who have a shared vision to raise aspirations and prepare our young people for life beyond school, and I’m excited to be part of that journey.
