It was a privilege to join JET in June 2022 as Trusts and Grants Manager. It is my role to develop JET’s funding stream by fostering long term relationships and ensuring the magnificent work it does can continue to grow and evolve.
I have worked in the UK and abroad in marketing and public relations roles across a range of industry sectors and I enjoy the power of the written word and the ability to share a good story. Through my working experience in marketing on both client and agency sides, I enjoy understanding different needs and love networking and communicating with people inside and outside the organisation. JET’s team culture and ethos are a natural fit as I enjoy working with others to build trust and achieve great creative outcomes.
Most recently I was the Marketing Consultant for Lincolnshire Music Service. Supporting delivery in the music education sector and helping children and young people grow through music and performance was extremely rewarding. Witnessing first-hand the huge impact that focused intervention can have was amazing. I’m excited to be part of a team that delivers invaluable work building children’s confidence and self-esteem through its programmes.
Out of work I enjoy walking and running and will try anything that involves exploring the outdoors. JET’s commitment to events that challenge and inspire is a value I passionately share.
I’m delighted to be able to support the JET team in making a positive difference to the lives of young people, helping them re-engage with education and realise their potential through STEM.
