As a Partner in a global professional services firm, over the last 20 years I have enjoyed engaging with many interesting and talented colleagues and business leaders all over the world. The nature of my business means that we recruit and train many young people. I have seen the great benefits of a challenging, broad and commercial experience and I want to inspire other young people to have the chance to enjoy these benefits through their own lives.
I have seen that there are many aspects to what creates a rewarding and enjoyable life. In my experience, participation and overcoming challenges through sport, adventure, music and business all have their place. Each helps through confidence building, personal interaction and team working.
Using my personal and business experience, I hope to support the great things that the Jon Egging Trust is achieving through inspiring young people.
I enjoy travelling and visiting new places with my wife and young children. We also enjoy living in the countryside and the lifestyle that this allows. My passions include walking with my two beagles, cycling, golf, cooking, music (I play the drums) and motorcycles.
