I feel so fortunate to work as the Regional Manager for Cornwall in such a vibrant, passionate and dynamic organisation like JET.
I have over 10 years’ experience of working with young people in employability roles for Cornwall College and the University of Exeter. Throughout, my unwavering commitment has been to cultivate nurturing environments where individuals can grow, learn and thrive.
I firmly believe that every individual can reach their full potential if they apply the right tools, and by engaging and supporting them on their journeys early, we contribute to brighter collective futures. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to extend our mission into Cornwall, a region brimming with untapped potential.
My goal is to bring my passion and experience in teamwork, leadership, and employability, along with my business knowledge and connections, to inspire, encourage, and empower the young people we serve.
I’ve personally witnessed the incredible impact of mentorship and empowerment, and I’m eager to continue this journey with the young people I will be working with in Cornwall.
